- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Referrals will receive 100$ cash. After job is complete. There is no compensation for referrals that lead to estimates only .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will always meet the customer on site of job and go over everything they wish to be completed . I will answer all questions and provide advice even if it will reduce my chances of getting the job . I will always try to provide the lowest cost . I have a large stock pile of materials that I don’t charge for or charge very little seeing that these materials are left over or have been gathered over time from various jobs .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with my hands all my life and am very knowledgeable in the construction field . I have been working with concrete for 7 years in a commercial concrete company we build all new construction ( menards ,Aldi ,self storage ,Walgreens and many more ) .
