FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing always includes labor and material, unless explicitly otherwise stated. We don't nickel-and-dime or charge surprise fees or hidden, travel costs. Not cool when it happens to us, so why do it to others. Also worth noting: our pricing is not an attempt to compete with the lowest bidders. Instead it reflects what our work is worth for the specific job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everything starts with a conversation. Two people connecting over a project, a common goal. Client brings the problem, we bring the expertise to address it. What begins as a transactional relationship, often has potential to transcend into something transformational.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am educated as an architect with 12 years of professional experience and over 8 years of remodeling experience. Our workers have 20 years of experience in nearly all aspects of construction. Together we bring different perspectives to every project. The result often shows the well-rounded design, thoughtfulness of planning, and deliberateness in execution.
