- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We offer a discount for all new customers!. We typically work on an hourly basis however some of our work performed is a set standard price which is dependent on the degree of difficulty for the particular task. We understand our customers work very hard for their money, that's why our pricing is negotiable to make it attractive to everyone involved. We accept check, cash, debit card and credit card.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Each customer we have is unique because everyone has a different issue. We gather the important and necessary information from a customer to give us a better understanding of the issue we are dealing with. I usually meet a client in my office or at a place convenient to him or her for a free consultation to discuss the issues and develop a solution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Our technicians are Cisco and Microsoft certified. Our team's years of experience and training has helped us become one of the top companies in Illinois.
