- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing may very depending on the service and/or information needed. If you need more the one service a discount may apply.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client I typically like to speak with the client 1 on 1 to insure that the correct information is being collected when it comes to research. On the aspect of Administrative Assistance and Tele Communications those jobs are assessed individually and will definitely need a phone call with the client to ensure that expectations are met. In addition confidentiality is guaranteed as I do not discuss the assignment outside of the clients circle.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended college for 2 1/2 years leaving 50 credits shy of my bachelor's degree in Psychology and criminal justice. I have worked for Uber for 2 years, over seeing their incident response team (incident research). Which consisted of online research and over the phone investigating. I also have 2+ years of Administrative Assistance experience and 5+ years of Customer Service experience both in person and over the phone.
