- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a phone consultation with the customer to introduce myself, build a rapport with the client, assess their needs and tailor my services to fit them. I understand that the hiring of a new service worker may be transition that requires patience, flexibility, and understanding. I will work with all my clients to ensure that their first experience with me will be refreshing and lasting throughout our business relationship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a child, my mother owned a cleaning company in the Chicagoland area and often took me with her on her various jobs. From that I have gained experience and cleaning skills that I apply now to my own business, Ask Angel.
