Introduction: Bonjour, Hello! I am passionate about learning and helping others learn. My approach is to find what works best for a student’s individual strengths and challenge-areas while coaching them to become self-aware and confident learners in whatever field they pursue. I grew up in Montreal, Canada speaking and learning in both French and English and hold teacher certifications for both Illinois and Quebec. I have taught and tutored all ages from preschool to adults. I look forward to working with you on your learning goals!

I cannot say enough about Amina. She tutored my daughter in French throughout high school at Hinsdale Central and then again in college over one summer. Amina always knew how to make the material understandable to my daughter in a way that she could comprehend and begin to understand the structures of the French language. She was patient but challenging at the same time. I know without Amina's help my daughter would not have been as successful. Her support gave my daughter the confidence she needed to conquer the language. Our schedule was very busy and Amina always worked with us to make scheduling tutoring time possible for both of us. She was always on time and would always follow up if the schedule needed to be changed. I highly recommend her to anyone.

Amina was my french tutor while I was in high school and when I took french class again over the summer in college. I can't tell you how helpful and patient she is. She is a kind person and makes learning french enjoyable and interesting. She has great resources, helpful tools and knowledge. She is great at what she does! Highly recommend!
