- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If I do weekly I have some special discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like satisfied my customer so that’s why I’m asking before cleaning about what does he/she want specific to clean or pay attention to some things that should be cleaned. Also, right after cleaning I’m asking my customer to check is everything good. If not I will clean this again but I haven’t had this practice before :)
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started this because I like cleaning!
