- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for service also depends on the shopping preference of the customer. For organic farm-raised grass-fed meats and poultry there is an additional cost added
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is meeting with the customer to discuss and create a menu for the event based upon their preferences. Once the menu is created, a 30% deposit for the event will be collected and a contract for services is signed. On the day of the event, we will arrive on-site and service will be provided. At the end of the event, we will clean all of our materials and packaging and final payment will be collected.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have cooked professionally for the past 2 years. I was taught by working in the kitchens of different chefs I've visited.
