All of the above were good. Mike is cheerful, easy to talk to, listens well and was very clear about my options and the costs. He did a good job, even straightened out a faucet after he was ready to leave when my grandson came out and asked him. I recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.May 30, 2018Verified

Mike was great! We're making some major renovations to a small 1940's home which had a pretty big tank-style water heater sitting in the middle of a hallway and taking up a LOT of space. We wanted to create more space by installing a tankless water heater and placing it high enough that we'd be able to install some shelving and cabinets around it without taking up a ton of hallway space. He mounted our new tankless hot water heater, added service valves, ran a new emergency drain line, placed the old galvanized supply and hot water pipes with copper, extended our gas line, connected the tankless water heater to our exhaust vent, AND he did it all on a Saturday! Oh, and he took away our old water heater for free! The new tankless water heater is working like a charm! Thanks Mike!!Oct 17, 2017Verified
Mike was very professional and easy to talk to, he explained his reason for all the work he did on my home water filtration system. Couldn't be happier with the clean work he did! Definitely will use him again!Aug 17, 2017

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My prices are very fair, I want my customers to know they can get what they need without having to spend an arm and leg and still be very happy with their choice. When I arrive to a customer's house my goal is to educate them and let them know the price I give is the best way to save money with the repair I recommend and most of all after the repair is done your plumbing system will be working in much better shape.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? With a new customer I like them to get to know me I'm happy to always show my work I have several pictures and a portfolio. I have a lot of education and can talk about plumbing all day. Best of all is my maintenance agreement contracts, this shows customers the benefits of being a maintenance agreement customer you can save money and be up to par with the best plumbing systems around because I am always educating myself on the latest and greatest news or new technology.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I'm a graduate from the PHCC program which is a plumbing school out of Sacramento it was a four-year trade school with on-the-job training.
