David was the best plumber we've had in years. He knew exactly what to do unlike appliance repair people we had out last year. He was professional and reasonable. Absolutely a great experience!

The guys at 3D Appliance did good work, but the issues I had are the following: They were not punctual (appointment was at 11, they showed up at almost 2 after I had to call them at 12:30 to see if they were still coming to do the job) Used my material – didn’t have zip ties and they took their ladder back to the truck thinking they were done, but realized they still needed so I let them borrow mine. Would not offer a reduction for the wire concealment charge of $30 after they installed a TV for me that still displayed the wire (see photo). When I asked for the reduction they stated that anyone would have charged more and blah blah blah. That’s my concerned if you guys accepted the price. In all, they do good work, but make sure they know what you have setup before they arrive.

Preston I really wish you would have stated all the facts, first you offered the zip ties so we didn't have to go down to van to get them,and you didn't mention that there was cross bracing in your wall that we had to drop below in order to conceal the wire and we put the tv mount on the wall where you wanted and the outcome was the exposed wire,and the ladder was the same thing as zip ties you offered so we didn't have to go back out to get it,we didn't ask for either of those things,so please be honest when giving reviews because they can affect people that do good and honest work, I do appoligize for not being on time,and we thank you for your business

David was quick to reply & very affordable in comparison to other vacuum and electronic repair places I had called for an estimate. He charges $25 to come out to your home, and if you decide to get hire his services for repair, he applies the $25 to the purchase of parts and labor. He was courteous and knew what he was doing. He fixed my Dyson vacuum cleaner quickly right in my home. I would definitely use him again and refer him to everyone out there. 😊👍🏼
