I have been going to the gym since 2008 but In 2015 I realized I was missing something as I saw little change, actually I gained more weight, went from 208 lbs to 245lbs. Things got better after I met Ken. He offered a trial session and for sure he got all I was doing wrong right away. First mistake was the diet then the routine workouts and not been consistent. I have learnt a lot from Ken in less than two months after signing up with him as my personal trainer. All I can say Is that he's good and works with your schedule so no excuses. He is very informative, encouraging, friendly,passionate and would never have you do anything that would get you hurt. All in all he will push you off your comfort zone but once you start seeing results you gonna keep going back for more. I give him a 5 star but try him and let me know how it goes.

Ken is a young man that is passionate about his gift to encourage people to get fit for life. Ken really cares about his clients. He is not a trainer that is just obtaining clients for money, but his overall perspective and love for life comes through his training. He is genuine! Ken is patience and he pushes you to go beyond what you think you can do. He corrects your techniques with love and patience. My bible tells me in 3 John 1:2 states: Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in HEALTH, even as thy soul prospereth. Ken's training technique helps my HEALTH prosper. Oh, by the way he is a comedian!!! I highly recommend Ken, he will make it happen!!!

I decided to join fitness not too long ago (3yrs) for those who understand natural fitness its a journey of no shortcuts. I've always been a self motivated person and patient when it came to my results. I managed to gain 40lbs in body weight in those 3yrs and I look pretty lean just a few setbacks here and there. And then I met Ken (AfriKen) but I never got to train with him due to my ego. First of all Ken is a easy going very approachable person. The beard might be intimidating but after a few words you'll like his personality. So the day I trained with Ken he focuses on my the form and range of motion after 30min into training I felt like throwing up for a second I thought I was going to die. My stomach was turning and believe when I say that my eyes turned bloodshot. I've been training for last 3yrs but still his workouts were challenging. Every time I wanted to quite he challenged me with questions. ?? I've never been pushed to the limit like that. Ken won't be just a personal trainer but a friend to guide you through your journey to success.
