- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We aim to create menus custom to the clients needs of their event and budget. Thus, even though it says our min. is $20 we can actually go lower than that depending on the size of your party and amount of food ordered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Speak with the client to get information about their event. 2. Create Menus custom to their events needs and budget. 3. Send out proposal. 4. Client chooses the menu they like and we send out a catering agreement to hold the date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With a Bachelors in Communications and a Culinary of Arts degree from Le Cordon Bleu we have over 10 years experience in the Food Industry, Catering, Customer Relations, Human Resources, and Sales.
