- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have priced my skills at $50/hr with the customers buying the supplies needed for the job. I have most tools needed for any job and carry many supplies with me
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is in assessing the job. This step is imperative in meeting the customer and seeing what we are dealing with. At that time I'll come up with a bid or an estimate of time it should take to repair. Nowadays photos can go a long way and save a trip to bid the job, which saves us both time and money in the end.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All my training is on the job training over a period spanning 30 years.
