I am fair and comparable to the area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I as a Chef and Carterer am dedicated to customer satisfaction. Once my bid has been excepted then I discuss the event details with the client and do everything in my ability to make their event just what they want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated on the Dean's List with a Degree in Culinary Arts for The Institute of Technology in Clovis California. I have worked the Award Winning 5 Star Restaurant and Hotel Erna's Elderberry House. I have also worked directly under Chef Roy Harland, who has been voted the best Chef in Fresno for many years.
