- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge 50$ each hour I am commissioned for weddings, 30$ an hour for minor events, and tailor a bit more depending on the amount of people needing service because of product cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get together with my clients a month or two before the event and sit down to discuss ideas, to make sure everyone's needs are taken care of. Meetings after that may also be required to make finals touches and to tweek anything that may need it.
