- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on the type of session and the finished products desired. I only use high quality, professional labs for my finished products so they will give you a lifetime of cherished memories. All pricing is discussed up front to meet the needs of each individual.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with the customer before hand to get to know the person and what their style is. This helps to make the client more comfortable and the shoot to be more relaxed. After the shoot, the images will be uploaded to an online gallery for viewing and sharing on social media and with family. After narrowing the gallery down to the favorites, prints are selected and delivered to the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am regularly continuing my training through training courses, even after many years, to learn new things and continue to build upon the skills I already have.
