Josh went above and beyond the scope of his quote - he power washed not only the deck, the pergola above the deck because "it was also dirty". Rather than just repairing our deck he offered to provide a door underneath it not in his original quote. The door was an excellent addition!
Overall, he was wonderful to work with and provided us a great contractor experience!
I would not hesitate to recommend him.
