- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For larger events, we charge 15% of the total event cost. Pricing for smaller events is based on a variety of factors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We work with clients to understand the nature of the party, meeting or event We help the client plan the scope of the event, including time, location, program, and cost 2. We solicit bids from places and service providers (for example, venues, florists or photographers) 3. Work with the client to choose where to hold the event and whom to contract for services 4. Inspect venues and vendor past performance to ensure they meet the client's requirements 5. Coordinate event services such as rooms, transportation, food service and entertainment. 6. We confer with on-site staff to coordinate details 7. We monitor event activities to ensure the client and event attendees are satisfied 8. Review event bills and approve payment
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a client, you will lhave the benefit of my experience planning major events and private parties in the Cincinnati area. I have done a great deal of project management and I have a background in graphic design.
