- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to be as transparent and as flexible about our pricing as possible. Within reason, the price you see when we offer a quote or when you are matched with us is the price you pay. The only exception is the additional $20 fee if you are located more than 20 miles away, and additional parts costs which may be incurred. However, we keep you, the customer, in the loop about all that, as much as we possibly can, and we won't charge you until you're happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BSBA in Information Systems from Xavier University, and a BSBA in Business Analytics from Xavier University. I have also been working in the I.T. field for about 10 years, in various capacities.
