I am Serv safe certified until 2022. I am currently double majored in Culinary Management and Pastry Arts.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a dietary manager and loved catering events for my residents' families. So, I decided to do it on a bigger scale.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with athletes and Drs, catering their 200+ events.
