We are very satisfied with Ruben’s job! He and his staff took very good care of my piano, they wrapped it nicely and made sure my nice piece piano in good shape when transport it. He did recommend us to use some good furniture’s leg protector to protect our wood floor due to the metal wheels of piano. They are professional and the price is fair. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?New customers typically have more questions and concerns about their projects and needs. I try to contact them directly as promptly as possible with details about my rates and the services I provide. I offer them a template of what I charge for their type of need and what will be included in the cost. If they are interested then we get in contact and finalize the budget and details. I also provide free in-home estimates to new customers who would like to get a more accurate idea of time and pricing for their project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have worked doing this type of work for ten years. I worked for one of the best rated moving companies in the sacramento area before I decided to venture on my own.
