Introduction: I love this work. I went through a very difficult season of underemployment and ever since I obtained full-time permanent work, I have set out to do all I can to help others avoid the experience I had or to get out a similar experience. I ask a lot of thoughtful, intentional questions to fully understand the needs of the client and work with them in order to accomplish the desired outcome. I had a great experience working on my resume with Jeffrey! His responses were quick, and I heard back from him with updates multiple times per day. He was very supportive, encouraging, and professional. If you applying for a job in the medical field, you may be reassured by the idea that his wife has been a nurse for over 20 years and can offer insight from that angle as well. This might be a unique preference to me, but I also appreciated that he didn't require multiple lengthy phone calls before deciding if he'd work for me or not; while I am completely sure he would oblige, I appreciated being able to contact him when convenient for me, being someone who has a variable sleep schedule. Thanks for your help!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically talk with the potential client on the phone initially and seek to discover what is needed/required. We then come up with a plan and approach to meet the need. We agree on payment terms. We then work on the task together until the client is happy with the result. Payment is required up front.
