- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a departure from the traditional 'project-based' creative agency, in that we want you to be a long-term client that can count on a relationship of growth, support, input, and a source for creative ideas. It is because of this that we have structured our services to be 1-year subscriptions, keeping the same group that re-designs/launches your website available to scale with you and support that design over at least 1 year's time. Our subscriptions have an initial Start-Up cost, followed by a monthly subscription fee. Depending on the level that you choose, up-front costs can be waived.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A conversation. We first want to hear about your business; past, present, and plans for the future. Suited works for most small to mid-sized businesses that understand fractional/remote service partners, and realize that our pricing is hilariously lower that even part-time talent... and we don't just provide '1 talent', but access to an entire team. If we both agree to be a fit, we kick off with an initial 'Web & Brand Refresh' whereby the client's entire online presence gets anywhere from a light refresh to an all-out overhaul. The subscription is determined by how much you the client needs, and we are flexible to scale as you need or want us to take on more.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Suited's team are a group of talented and driven artists from all backgrounds. Product Photographers, UX designers, Web Designers, SEO Specialists, and Web Developers make up our boutique team of individuals that have put in our time at full-time jobs for traditional companies like yours, only to find that the world is changing and more and more companies cannot justify 'dedicated' creative in-house. Suited was born out of this market need, by professionals from the very marketplace.
