- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I was recently hired to do a remodel and finish on a newly moved double wide it had 14 broken floor joist I patched and replaced those leveled the Trailer put new sub floors in all hardwood floors and carpet custom-made thresholds all trim throughout the house shaved and hung 5 doors painted all my trim patched holes in sheetrock and in paneling rear of 1400 square feet entire house and built a 4x4 deck in front and 6 by 10 deck with roof to match and attach to the house in the back underneath I installed all of the 1400 square feet of insulation moisture barrier and the skirting to go all the way around the house customer is pleased wants me on his next project this whole project took about 30 days from start to completion

Make sure the job is well done and the customer is happy with the finished product
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When I was 5 years old my dad put a hammer in my hand he owned triple a handyman when I was old enough to go to actual will work with my uncle at about age 14 with gold construction remodeling and doing finished products like an appliance installation trim reframe doors hang doors a lot of vinyl siding sheetrock brick pocket concrete patches and much more and I've learned a lot of stuff through trade schools over the years you could say I have about 25 years experience in this field
