- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have the standard rates of 6% for sellers, 3 of that going to a buyers agent. Buyers do NOT pay agent commissions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For buying, it's always best to work with a local and trusted lender. From there, it's the fun part! For selling, just contact me and let's get you sold! My numbers for getting clients under contract are impressive and I always strive to be the best!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have received multiple certifications and designations. Training and education are of the utmost importance so that I'm able to fully help my clients. I am first and foremost a REALTOR. I am a designated GREEN agent. I have certifications as a military relocation professional, real estate negotiation expert, and certified military residential specialist.
