- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices can be negotiated to help our clients. We understand that every situation is different, so please don't let a price stop you from asking or telling us about what you are needing. We are here to help!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prior to meeting, we discuss what the client is needing, the pets temperament and any other initial questions that they may have. All customers get a free meet and greet! Our meet and greet in no way obligates anyone to move forward with our services!During our meeting, we discuss our services and explain our business app. We know just how scary it can be to trust someone with your beloved pets, so we have invested in a custom built app compatible with both Android and Apple products. You get reassurance with our GPS tracking that shows you our location when we arrive as well as the path taken if/when we go on walks. For every visit, we use our app to communicate with our clients, send a brief update on our time spent with your pet, as well as a couple of adorable pictures! It is our goal to not only provide you with the best pet care but to also alleviate any stress and provide peace of mind. During our meet and greet, we will meet our clients pet, play with them for a few moments and ask you to describe your typical routine. We do our best to maintain your normal day to day routine, so as not to cause any stress to your pet! All while doing this, you will see that we are taking notes, which are input into our app and saved, so no details are missed.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We both love and it is just a joy to be around all of these furry friends! We are prior service and love that we have found a way to give back to our community, as well as our time spent with our furry friends is therapeutic in itself.
