- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the service and level of need and if travel is involved. We can discuss in detail during a consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer you a complimentary 30 minutes session to see if we are a good fit. We get to know each other and I get a sense of your needs and wants. I want to make sure that you feel comfortable and confident with my style and services. To reach the largest number of people, I do my work over the phone or via internet, unless I am hired to travel. Customers can choose from various packages or "a la carte" services to fit your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I possess two different coaching qualifications. I am a certified Life Coach through the Coach Training Alliance, which is recognized by the International Coach Federation. (ICF). I am also certified in Strategic Intervention Coaching through Tony Robbins's and Chloe Madanes institute called the Robbins-Madanes Training Center. I am a certified teacher as well as an adjunct professor with over 15 years experience. I have worked in HR as a recruiter as well as in small business.
