- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are building our client book now, so we are offering below average pricing. I firmly recommend that if you are looking for great social media marketing for a reasonable price, secure it now because you will continue to be grandfathered in at your current rate as we grow.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I need to know their end game. What they are seeking to accomplish is the most important thing to me. Once I have this information I like to sit down with them and tell them what I believe we can accomplish together and how I think we can get there.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
each company I worked for over the past 10 years I have ultimately taken on their marketing and usually some sort of a sales role. after great success with each of these companies I decided to break away and form Manta Ray.
