FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I want the customer to know that I'm not trying to get rich off of you or rob you, I'm going to give you the best pricing I can give you and try to match or come as close to the budget you have in mind as far as the budget it will take to do the job as much as possible and try to be fair to you as well as myself for the work that needs to be done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for new customers is to contact them over the phone, get the information I need about the project, come out and visually inspect the project and give an estimate, I ask when you are looking to start the project and give you the time frame it will take to complete the project and if I am hired I will give you the start and finish date, price and payment arrangements.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I come from a family of Chefs, Mechanics and carpenter's so growing up i learned a lot just by watching and asking questions and also being put to work, now I like this type of work most so that's the path I chose to persue.
