FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each type of design project has its own pricing model and structure. Our website design project offer several pre-packaged solutions available for purchase and we also offer a custom design option. This pricing is dependent upon the overall custom design that is provided. Our SEO campaigns also are available in pre-packaged solutions, in addition to a custom designed option. Our pre-packaged solutions are designed for a 12-month format and require an initial investment payment with 10 scheduled installment payments. Custom campaign pricing is dependent upon the overall custom design that is provided. At our website, potential and current clients will find several quoting applications available that provide real-time price quotations. We also provide price quotes over the phone with our knowledgeable design consultants, Monday through Saturday, from 8 AM until 7 PM.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step-1: "Fact Finding" Gathering the necessary details and information, either via phone, email or in-person, to construct an outline and scope of the project. This step requires that potential clients answer questions about their project and thoroughly explain their vision and desired outcomes. Thus, we are able to clearly state the purpose of their project Step-2: Establishment of project goals, benchmarks and tentative timeline. This occurs within 24 hours of Step-1 Step-3: I then submit a proposal, which details the required work, time-frames, and pricing to the client for their review. Potential clients are encouraged to respond with questions, needed clarification and counter-offer if necessary. (There are often phases of the design project that can be completed by the client, which in turn could perhaps reduce the overall cost of the project. We proactively identify these phases in the project, as our goal as a studio, is for the completion of a successful design project, irregardless of the cost. Step-4: Project Accepted: Depending on the type of project, some which require an initial audit and concurrent review/readjustment of proposed timeline, a copy of the proposal, contract and deposit invoice is sent to the "soon-to-be-new-client." Prior to work beginning the contract must be signed by the client and payment of the deposit invoice needs to be completed. Once completed, work begins on the scheduled start date. A copy of the contract is sent back to the client, including all signatures and a receipt of payment is also included. Step-5: Project Starts ! ! ! !
