- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing: I have a few standard pricing options! For the rest of 2017, I'm offering a Small Business Special - comprehensive web design (up to 10 pages), one domain name, and web hosting, plus one year of on-call troubleshooting, for just $995 (value over $1500). Support: I offer comprehensive site support (SEO, updates, troubleshooting within 24 hours) for $750 per year. Premium site site support puts you at the top of my priority queue and gets any issues with your website addressed within 12 hours for $1500 per year. Discounts: I also offer a discount of $50/yr for each of the following: - pay in advance for a full year - refer someone else who becomes a client, or - pay with a fee-free payment method (check, Chase Quickpay, or Paypal if you're paying from your balance or a checking account)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start off with a conversation to get an idea of what the client is looking for in a website. My company offers content creation as well as web design, so it's ok if you're still figuring the details out. Once I have a rough idea of what you're looking for, I prepare your custom quote, and talk it through with you. After you send us your content, photos, and initial payment, you'll have a polished draft of your website to look over within two weeks.

I have a Masters degree from a business school, and years of experience putting together simple, effective websites for small businesses, non-profits, and individuals.
