- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to make my pricing fair to the customer. Over pricing is common in photography and the customer should be respected in this area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to form relationships with every customer. This relationship helps produce quality images and puts them at ease. When I arrive to do the shoot I will spend a few minutes just talking before I pick up the camera.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
