I went to college at Franklin University for marketing and business. As a successful entrepreneur, I hired help for our home. I loved having bi-weekly cleanings. One day they didn’t show up after I had been at the house all day waiting for them. When I called, the my were rude and told me my cleaning service was on the way. They weren’t. I waited two more hours only to call back and speak to a person that seemed angry I was even calling. I was promised the owner would call me the next business day and they never did. Five days later I cancelled after never getting a call, I decided that house cleaning should be stress free, easy and rewarding. I started Maid So Fresh to offer moms, entrepreneurs and families like mine get the service they need from a company that understands.
