I hired Mr. Breen to build a stair rail for the exterior entrance to my house. Before hiring him, I contacted a few different companies for quotes, and Mr. Breen's quote was the lowest. When talking with him, my first impression was that he was straight-forward, genuine and fair. As an older woman, these are qualities that I look for when doing business with companies. Thank goodness I decided to use him. I was very pleased with his work, his ability to build the rail quickly and his overall customer service. I would definitely recommend him to others!
