My husband and I recently completed a 600 sq ft renovation with Bella Builders. The addition was a 2nd story add on to a 4000sq ft single story home built in 2012. From start to finish we were on time, at budget and 100% satisfied with the buildout. Todd's design plans for adding a second floor to our home were perfect. After our initial meeting, he understood our vision, likes, dislikes and was able to bring it to life. Once completed and fully compensated Todd was still responsive to our post project touch ups and any other questions we had. We researched a lot on our project and once we were ready to pull the trigger had three estimates. Todd Hickson with Bella Builders was by far the most professional, most detailed, and most realistic with his costs, quote, and timelines. We wanted a detached garage added at our house so we can keep all of our cars under a roof instead of shuffling and stressing during storm season out here in North Texas. Todd was very knowledgeable about the city codes and our plans were already within our neighborhood codes, so he was able to take our vision and make it a reality. Todd was there throughout every step of the process, from the laying of the foundation to the final inspection. And when we couldn't be there he always made sure to call, text, or email to make sure we were satisfied with each step along the way. All of Bella's crews were professional, did to notch work, and always cleaned up when their job was done. We are already saving up to add another bedroom to our house and wouldn't go with anyone else for our construction needs after working with Bella Builders.
