- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are per hour. All my packages include the same services. 4 hours or more receives a free scrapbook for your event. Rates are as follows: 2 hours ($375), 3 hours ($450), 4 hours ($499) -- rates slightly increased if party larger than 200 guests.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact, whether it be through email, call or text, I ensure that all my client's questions have been answered and then send over a contract to gather the event details and lock in the date. After receiving the contract I begin work on the photo strip footer image and send over mockups within one week of booking. I contact the client one week before the event date to ensure everything is still as planned and to assure them that I will there rain or shine.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I initially got into this business by working as a photo booth attendant for a different photo booth business. I had the great fortune to see everything that he was doing wrong and improve on it with my own design and ensure the safety and maximum fun capability of these booths.
