- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The yogurt bar is priced at $4 a cup. The minimum order is 10 cups. I charge a flat fee of $25 for delivery.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I encourage all customers to come into my store and sample the yogurts. This gives us time to discuss the event and dietary concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained at Menchie's headquarters when I first purchased the business. I also have my safe serve certification for handling food.
