Introduction: I have been a professional photographer for 33 years. I was the sole Staff Photographer of The Memphis Business Journal for 27 years photographing the top CEOs, Entrepreneurs, Small Business Owners, Medical Professionals, and business news in the Memphis and Mid-South region. Prior to that I owned my own photography business and processing lab and even worked for Allen Corporation of America, a Defense Department Contractor and a division of Singer Defense Systems at Little Rock Air Force Base conducting photography for a C-130 Aircrew Training System. I have currently been conducting photography for Baptist and Methodist Hospitals of Memphis, Memphis University School, Memphis News/Daily News, and HerbiSystems.
I love being able to help clients obtain good, professional, publishable photography for their web, print, press, and marketing and communications needs (not cheap looking internally produced cell phone snapshots). I enjoy seeing my work published and I approach my work in the utmost professional manner.

Baptist Medical Group (BMG) is the Mid-South's leading not-for-profit multispecialty physician practice. It is a group of expert primary and specialty care doctors practicing in locations throughout the region, including West Tennessee, North Mississippi and East Arkansas. We often call on Alan to take a variety of photos including headshots, group physician shots, as well as hospital and clinic photos. As a large corporation, we have certain brand guidelines to adhere by and Alan does an excellent job with capturing the "look" we want. Photos are always top quality and Alan continues to be flexible and timely with our projects.

Alan was a true professional through and through. He showed up exactly when he said he would, was prepared for the job and finished within the time frame we discussed.
