- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When somebody tells me they'd like to book a session, I point them to my calendar to pick a date. Once there's a date and package chosen, I send a $50 invoice for the deposit. Once that's paid, you're booked! After the session, Ill take 2 weeks to edit them all. I offer Facebook previews for those who want to see a few photos early. After Im finished editing, Ill upload the high resolution photos to your own secure online gallery. You have the option to print straight from there or download them for free and print elsewhere.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm mostly self-taught. Years of painful trial and error with the help with other talented photographers and online training. I've learned so much since the first click of my camera and I'm still learning as I go. I'm thankful for all the talented photographers that I've been able to shoot with and observe over the years!
