- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a variety of packages to our clients. You have the option of creating a package that works best for you and your pets. You can email us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer each new client a FREE meet and greet. This is a great opportunity for us to meet the owner(s) and pet(s) and discuss what services are needed. In the meet and greet, we also go over important information like our insurance, policies and procedures. This meeting aims to streamline information and build strong, transparent relationships with our clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each member of our team are trained vet technicians and have experience working with shelter animals, strays and working dogs. Additionally, we participate in training courses throughout the United States provided through Pet Sitters International.
