What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work with each client to determine a price for the project that is a win-win for us both. I set up itemized services that are priced separately so the client can pick and choose the services desired.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start a dialog with the potential client to better understand what exactly they need in terms of website and online reputation building. I then do some research on the clients industry to better understand the online competition and keyword ranking difficulty levels. Then, I send the client a proposal to outline all tasks to be performed and to make sure I'm understanding the scope of the effort desired. Once we all agree on what needs to be done and price, the client will sign an agreement to get the project started.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would look for a online reputation building expert vice a website designer. You're investing in a website to help your business grow. There is much more to making sure you have all the components you need to build that online reputation than just putting up a website or just focusing on search engine optimization (SEO). You really need someone who understands how to provide you a fully integrated online presence with:
1. Complete search engine registration, verification, and XML sitemap submission
2. Business directory registrations (citations)
3. Social Media Integration
4, Linking by building relationships with related businesses
5. Linking by building relationships with high domain authority websites
6. A strategy to continue building expert content to keep your website fresh
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
1, Think about your business model and how you would describe it to your grandmother. Do you have a paragraph description of your business?
2. What keywords or phrases would someone search for using Google or Bing to find your business services or products?
3. How much do you want to outsource to the online reputation building company? For example, original content writing, website theme design, social media management, blog ghost writing?
4. Are you prepared for long duration support or do you only want a fix priced set up?
