We work with the same software that insurance companies use.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with our clients, assess any damage to their roof, walk them through the insurance claims process if necessary, and replace their roof with excellent products all with warranties.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Klaus Roofing has a D-1 Roofing License
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been in the housing industry for over 22 years, whether it's framing, window replacement, cabinetry or roofing
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with mostly Residential Homeowners, Property Managers, Realtors, Insurance Agents, Home Remodelers and Commercial Roofing.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One of my fondest memories is helping and elderly single woman through her insurance claim process and getting her new roof installed in one day!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would recommend home owners work with someone who is local, licensed and insured, has warranties, with great products and has great reviews all over the internet!
