- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flat Fee PC Repair - This service includes, diagnostics, Adware, Spyware, Virus and Trojan Removal, and a PC Tune-up. I am extremely thorough, and work very hard to remove all malware without resorting to formatting your computer. - $150 Remote services also available. Computer Evaluation Hardware Testing, and evaluation - will provide a diagnostic as to the current condition of your computer, estimated life expectancy and cost benefit analysis as to whether or not other services are warranted. This fee is not an additional fee to my "Flat Fee Computer Repair," should you continue with that service. Laptop Hardware Repair - This is a per component fee for hardware replacement. Not including cost of replacement. - $45 PC Hardware Upgrades - This is a per component fee for hardware replacement. RAM, Video Cards, CPUs, Power Supplies, Sound Cards and Hard drive replacement are examples. $30 Software Installation Programs are getting more complex as time goes on. If you want to make sure that your programs are installed correctly I will be happy to install and configure it for you. My fee is per program installed. - $10 (remote install) $40 (on-site) On Site Service - CompuTech Titan will go to your location to attempt to fix your Computer Problems. If I am unable to fix the problem in 1 hour, I will bring the computer back to my lab for diagnostics and testing. - $30 Expired Anti-Virus Removal and Replacement - Did your computer come with a 'free' anti-virus that's now no longer working and asking you for money? I'll remove all old anti-virus software and replace it with the latest free anti-virus software (usually Microsoft Security Essentials), and no further ongoing payments will be required. $30 Data Recovery - In most cases I am able to recover your data (pictures, music, documents) from your hard drive even if the computer will not boot. The price for this option is not fixed. My minimum price is shown. I will be able to provide a quote after evaluation. - $100 – Contact me New PC Recommendation and Cleanup - I will find the best computer for you that fits your needs and your budget. I will also remove any trial-ware applications, trial antivirus, and Crud-ware installed on the machine from the Vendor. I will also order the computer for you, and clean it so by the time you receive it, your new PC or Laptop is really ready to go. - $50 Wireless Network Installation and Configuration - I will securely install and configure your wireless network (up to 2 devices). Additional configuration fee for other devices is $25. - $150 for Wi-fi services. PC Tuneup - If your computer is running slowly, it may not be a virus, it could be due to a conflicted registry, and you may have too many services running. This service also includes cleanup of temporary files, disk defragmentation, and a disk check. I will also run a stress test, and give you an approximation on the lifespan of your machine. $75 Malware Removal - If your computer has a virus, worm, trojan, ad-ware or any other type of malware, I can usually remove them all without formatting your computer and losing your data. - $75 Operating System Re-Installation - If you don't have your PC's recovery disks, I will assist you in ordering them (installation media costs extra). I will re-install the operating system and all of the computers drivers, and back up your documents pictures and music before re-installation. - $100
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically schedule an in-depth initial component diagnostic. I do charge a diagnostic fee based on the issue. However, this fee is applied to your technical support fees should you hire. During the diagnostic I strive to provide as much information as possible regarding your particular IT related issue and the options in your support issue.

Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Security focus. 21 years of experience providing computer technical support to military, contractors and civilian employees.
