My wife and I hired Tussaint to cater our wedding at The Loft Music Venue on October 16, 2016. Long story short, we chose the right caterer. After I approached Tussaint to cater the wedding, he came up with a menu that was fantastic AND fit my dietary restrictions (gluten and dairy free.). If he can do this with my diet, I'm sure he can do wonders with other situations too. He ended up cooking prime rib beef with an au jus, chicken in a herbed tomato sauce, roasted potatoes, salad, and also fruit kabobs and pinwheel wraps for a social hour. My wife's Grandpa has decided that it was the best prime rib he's ever had, and several guests (including the manager of a popular local restaurant) said that they were blown away by the roasted potatoes. All in all, the quality of the food, combined with the professional presentation made it a success. If you have the chance to hire Tussaint, I would encourage you to do so, especially now. Because once his reputation grows in the Springs, I imagine he will be pretty booked up with satisfied customers

Excellent product for an affordable price! Chef T makes everything fresh and you can tell how much time and effort he puts into the food. I had him do shrimp tacos, tortillas, rice and the regular taco ingredients for some of the best shrimp tacos I have had in years! I highly recommend the guy! Thanks Chef T!

Chef Tussaint did an excellent job catering for my friend's wedding. My friend, Marissa, wanted her wedding to have a southern style, comfortable, but delicious food selection. Marissa's mom wanted some of her home recipes to be involved in the wedding, too. Chef Tussaint was more than willing to put these recipes to use! And boy did he ever. The food came out hot, fresh, tender, juicy, and so very mouth watering. I could go on and on about how great a job Chef Tussaint did, but point blank, I recommend everyone use him. Not only was Chef Tussaint so agreeable with all the food options that were being thrown at him, but his execution was top notch.

We use the personal chef service this has been a great experience for me and my family. We no longer worry about cooking and we love the delicious foods. We gave Chef Tussaint the dietary restrictions, menu planning now he shows up with grocery and prepare our meals.

Tussaint catered my baby shower . The menu he presented was wonderful and the food was extremely good. Everyone commented on the food and went back for seconds and thirds. His staff was great and the cleanup afterwards was great. I would definitely use him again and many of the guests were requesting his name afterwards.
