Chef Nathan cooked Christmas dinner for my family and 16 guests last holiday season, he was prompt, well dressed and cooked cleaned and served all of us without ever falling behind or needing help from us. He was soooooo polite, our guests just loved him. If he were still in South Florida, we'd hire him again. -Dr. John Franchina

Nathan did an absolutely amazing night and made our anniversary very special. To start we had shrimp cakes that were fried perfectly on a delicious base of red pepper puree. I then had a salmon entree and my husband had lamb, both of which were delicious. He cooked the lamb perfectly for my husband. We ended with an adult dirt dessert which was so good! I loved that he cleaned everything and it made it seem like no cooking was even done in my kitchen at the end. He was so prepared and came completely on time. He was super responsive throughout the planning period and listened to what we wanted. I would definitely recommend Nathan for anyone who wants to make their evening special! He was affordable, professional as well as laid back, timely , and most of all, talented!

I met with my "No stress chef" and found him to be personable, knowledgeable, and highly qualified. He delivers two meals a week to my front door in containers under refrigeration and I just have to heat up dinner. Well prepared and delicious. Looking forward to sampling more of his delights!.

Chef Nathan does cooking lessons with my kids. He is incredibly patient with them and bring lots of energy to the table. His lessons are always age appropriate and they have been able to duplicate his what they learn and make meals for the family. Exactly what I was looking for!
