2 weeks ago my water heater broke and dumped water all over in my basement and did not know what to do. I went to a rental shop to rent a carpet extractor on the way I saw the carpet cleaning van, so I asked the man if he was willing to extract the water from my carpet. The man I'd himself as mark he said sure. Mark extracted all the water from my basement but I end up losing my carpet because of the pad was saturated and molded. I gave Mark's telephone number to my mothers house and he made an appointment for last weekend to come out and shampoo the carpet. Mark shampooed the carpet all three levels of the house, my mother was very impressed with his attitude and his workmanship. She said he did an excellent job and she was very impressed. she said the price was very reasonable for a three floor house I also have to agree when he extracted my carpet the price was great. For now on I'll be referring Mark to my family and friends. Thank you Mark for all your hard work.

This is a top notch company that is very professional! I had pet urine and feces stains that had been on my carpet for some time and they were able to get them out with no problem. They came during the winter and were careful not to bring in dirt or snow. They made my old carpet look better than it did when I moved in 8 years ago! Highly recommend!
