- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I do not currently accept insurance. As such, I keep my rates low to be competitive with insurance co-pays and to be financially accessible for those without insurance that covers therapy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I am happy to chat with new clients on the phone first to ensure we both think we are a good fit for each other. First sessions start by quickly going over paperwork about your rights as a therapy consumer, confidentiality, and payment agreements. Then we dive in to what brings you to therapy.
