Introduction: With 16 years perfecting my craft, I guarantee my work not only aesthetically but technically. Some tile setters are most definitely better than others and accurate prep work is key in getting a great tile job, and mine is precise. I take pride in building my customers custom showers, mud pans (most tile guys don't do this; that's why you see a lot of plastic pans), and transforming spaces with new floors, backsplashes and fireplace surrounds. Aaron remodeled my 30 year old bathroom. He found mold in our old shower walls and mitigated that and re-waterproofed the walls super well before tiling. He walked us through his process so we know that the money we spent was well worth it. Here is the shower, pan and custom niche he installed. He also did the floor, tub surround and backsplash. He delivered my tile and all I had to do was pick it out!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive per square foot but on the higher end.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will send my guidelines and if they agree to them, I will come to their home for a bid. If they agree and sign the bid, I will collect 50% for material upfront and begin the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been setting tile since high school--16+ years. All the training has been done on the job and I have completed thousands of jobs from custom homes to large scale commercial jobs.
