- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very reasonable on pricing and all of our prices are individual and specific to the job our customers want done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to be in contact with my customers and find out what their need may be. Once we decide on what the job should be I go through and write them a monetary estimate and if satisfied we continue on to find out when we can start and let them know what we need to do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have ten years of on the job training.
