Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: We find the exact needs of our customers before starting every project. Then, we go above and beyond their expectations with the quality of work and the efficiency in which the work is completed. Also, we do custom designs. Not your run of the mill local trending designs. Everything from putting greens to trampoline pits to tree houses. We enjoy evolving as designers, and growing in our skill set as the needs of our customers grow. Seeing the looks on customers faces as they watch the transformation that takes place at their home is rewarding and turns out better than they imagined it would.

In 2014, I had my front yard and back yard redesigned by LandMark Outdoor Restoration. I had my old sod removed and new sod placed and a sprinkler system installed. The sprinkler system is flawless and I have not had one issue with it since it was installed. I had a moss rock garden wall installed in my front yard and many people have complimented on how nice it looks. I had a concrete walkway installed in my back yard and a paver patio put in. My yard looks brilliantly fantastic now even after 3 years since its final completion. This company was professional, efficient, and dependable. I would definitely recommend this company to other people.

For a start up company, we were surprised at the professionalism that Mark and his wife showed. They helped us with design and offered many suggestions as far as materials and ways to save money to get more for our budget. Their pricing is clear, concise with no hidden fees. In fact they even offered to do several things on our list for free. When I asked him how he could do those things for free, Mark responded, “ we are already onsite and it just goes with the territory to give back to the customer”. We highly recommend this company to anyone in the Co Springs area that has landscaping projects coming up this season!

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Come out meet the customer and assess the site, take photos, measurements and notes. Then I’ll usually go put the numbers together and come up with a work proposal as what will and will not be included on the project within 48 hours. Photos are used in conjunction with software to show the customer some of the possibilities as far as materials, colors, textures and scale of their project. Often times, there are amendments or discounts that take place before final contract is signed. Some projects may require a 50% deposit up front If customer likes proposal then a date is set work begins according to customers schedule.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be actively involved with the decisions that need to be made for your project. Your opinion matters most. Make yourself available to the landscape contractor as far as questions regarding materials to be used, exact placement of items and even possible set backs that may be encountered by the contractor on the work site. Also, talk to potential contractors about their work plan for your project. Does it make sense? Even a quick web search will yield you some general knowhow of the steps involved with your project. Is this what your getting from the contractors work proposal??

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What are the exact final results that you are looking for? Try to make that clear up front at the first meeting with contractor, as it will make the process much easier for both parties.
